Paul Lozito is the Director of Housing Policy and Affordable Housing for the NY Governor's Office of Storm Recovery. Paul originally joined GOSR as a program administrator for the Multifamily Programs. Prior to GOSR, Paul worked with various units of government and non-profits including the Urban Land Institute, and the Local Initiatives Support Corporation.
