Brian is Senior Project Manager at the City Council Land Use Division, performing analysis of Uniform Land Use Review Procedure (ULURP) applications and undertaking broader studies of key planning issues. Paul's prior work with Common Cause included redistricting analysis and mapping, campaign finance and lobbying research, and other issues regarding equitable and transparent democratic governance.
