Join us for our annual Fall Member Party to welcome new members and celebrate our work together! The event is open to everyone.

The Forum community has spent the past year developing strategies for sustained stewardship of green streets, learning from cities around the world to tackle the housing crisis, working together to count every organization that manages and programs public spaces across NYC, transforming public spaces with lighting installations, and exploring cities taking courageous steps to undo the dominance of the private car. We’re excited to celebrate all this and more with our annual Fall Member Party.

The event will take place at Nevins Landing, the newest addition to the Gowanus Canal waterfront. The project was designed by Fogarty Finger and developed by Tavros Capital and Charney Companies, with landscape architecture by Grain Collective and waterfront public access design by Field Operations. The event will feature music by DJ DIMS, with light bites and beverages included in the ticket.

Admission is free for new members who have joined the Forum within the past year. If you’re not yet a member, you can purchase a membership to receive a comped ticket to the event. Existing members and their guests can purchase an admission ticket for the event.

Guest & Accessibility Policies

This event is open to everyone. Admission is free for new members who have joined the Forum within the past year. Email miranda@urbandesignforum.org to RSVP. Existing members and guests can purchase a ticket for the event. If you are not a member but would like to join, you can sign up for a membership above.

We strive to host inclusive, accessible events that enable all individuals to engage fully.

• This venue is ADA accessible. There will be microphones and speakers.
• If you’re not feeling well, please stay home. Face masks are encouraged, particularly if you have been recently exposed to colds, flus, or other illness. If you have been exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 10 days, a high-quality, well-fitting face covering is required at all times.
• Please refrain from wearing strong fragrances to accommodate guests with allergies or environmental sensitivities.
