Join Urban Design Forum to celebrate a successful year of programming with our anti-gala — the Action Dinner.
This year, the Forum released Vision for a Better City, a platform of 25 ideas for New York’s next leaders. We led major inquiries to address the housing crisis, design for older adults, and shape a climate-positive city. We are training 175+ civic leaders annually through our leadership development programs and incubating public space projects across all five boroughs.
Our Action Dinner will bring together 100 invited policymakers, designers, developers, journalists, lawyers and advocates for a private dinner to celebrate these collective achievements.
To mark the occasion, we’ll honor leaders who have accomplished ambitious change in this difficult climate. Speakers include Council Member Julie Won, Melissa Román Burch (NYCEDC), Betsy Plum (Riders Alliance), and Nina Cooke John (Studio Cooke John).
