Will Thomson is a landscape designer and arborist. He holds a Masters of Environmental Science and Ecosystems Management from the American University of Beirut and a Masters of Landscape Architecture from the Spitzer School of Architecture. Outside of higher education Will teaches regular tree and plant workshops with NYC Department of Parks Greenthumb organization and the New York Botanical Garden, and organizes to support community gardens through the Share Shed NYC project. He is also the founder and organizer of the New Mexico Prickly Pear Festival, now in its 8th year.
