Teddy is a Lead Urban Designer at WSP’s Urban Design and Placemaking Practice. He works nationally and internationally on a wide range of master planning and architectural projects with a special focus on Transit Oriented Development (TOD) projects at various scales which range from strategic corridor planning to building complex plans. Teddy's most recent research project examined Tokyo’s mixed-use residential neighborhoods (World Scientific, 2024). Previous research topics explored urban-rural reciprocity in New England.
