Tommy Craig has been the regional officer and partner responsible for Hines’ New York Tri-State office since 1996. His responsibilities include managing the development, redevelopment, acquisition, construction, modification and/or interior fit-out of projects in the region. Since joining Hines in 1982, Mr. Craig, who is starting his 41st year at the firm, has led development projects and transactions aggregating over 25 million square feet, with $30 billion of assets under management

Tommy received a BA in History/Economics from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and an MBA from Columbia University. He served as adjunct professor of Real Estate Development at Columbia’s Business School from 2010 to 2015, and is a member, Board of Trustees, Executive Committee and Chairman of the Real Estate Committee, Phipps Houses. He served as senior warden, Trinity Episcopal Church, Southport, CT.
