Shambhavi (Sham) Manglik is Director of Housing and Homelessness Programs at Robin Hood, New York City's largest poverty-fighting in this organization. Prior to joining Robin Hood in 2015, Sham spent 10 years working on housing policy in Washington, D.C., both on and off of Capitol Hill. She has a MS in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a BA in Politics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
