Santiago Salamanca is a Principal at HR&A Advisors, a real estate, economic development, and public policy consulting firm. His work centers on transit-oriented development, infrastructure finance, housing policy, and inclusive economic development, advising transit agencies, development banks, and city governments on how transit investment can drive equitable growth and affordable housing production. He has worked across the United States and Latin America, including with the Inter-American Development Bank and the World Bank, helping design financing frameworks that connect mobility infrastructure to land value capture, neighborhood revitalization, and community benefit.
