Rachel Webster is an urban affairs and community development practitioner with over a decade of experience working across housing, economic development, and community finance in New York City and beyond. She has held roles at LISC, NYCEDC, and HR&A Advisors, and most recently as Chief of Staff at IMPACCT Brooklyn, a 60-year-old affordable housing nonprofit. A Macaulay Honors College alumna and lifelong New Yorker, Rachel knows how cities work — and has spent her career making them work better.
