Neil Reilly currently serves as Assistant Commissioner for Housing Equity at the NYC Department of Housing Preservation & Development. In that role he manages the agency’s policy work on fair housing, sustainability, digital access, and disability issues. His team crafts persuasive, strategic, evidence-based recommendations for key decision-makers. He previously managed the HPD policy analysis shop and worked as a policy analyst at housing-focused think tanks in New York. Neil lives in Brooklyn with his family.
