Neil Reilly currently serves as Executive Director for Policy Development & Special Initiatives at the NYC Department of Housing Preservation & Development. In that role he manages the agency’s policy analysis shop as it crafts persuasive, strategic, evidence-based recommendations for key decision-makers. Neil lives in Brooklyn with his family.
