Naomi Delphin is the Senior Program Manager for Metered Curb Planning at NYC Department of Transportation. She will be a part of the newly formed Office of Curb Management. Her work focuses on curb management and how to make the curb safer and more efficient. She is most interested in safety, mobility, and street design on a human scale.
