Mallory is a Director of Sustainability in Gensler’s Climate Action Studio in New York. She collaborates across disciplines to improve the ecological and health impact of buildings that provide inspiring daily experiences for all. Her leadership includes serving as Co-Chair for the AIA New York Committee on the Environment (COTE), and serving as a mentor in the Brown University Mentoring Launchpad. Mallory is an alumnae of the 4th cohort of the Urban Design Forum’s Forefront Fellowship, which focused improving heat resiliency in New York City in partnership with the former Mayor’s Office of Resiliency.
