Molly has extensive experience in environmental and land use matters, spanning the public and private sectors. Her work includes advising development projects through site assessment and control, ULURP and other complex land use frameworks, CEQR/SEQR environmental analyses and regulatory compliance, as well as navigating NYS’s brownfield cleanup program.
