Kimberly McNabb is Deputy Director of Planning & Development for the Office of the Bronx Borough President, where she works on land use, infrastructure, and transportation initiatives across the borough. She previously worked at NYC DOT leading freight and curb management programs, including the expansion of Off-Hour Deliveries citywide. Kimberly is passionate about transportation equity, public space, and how cities can better connect communities through thoughtful infrastructure investment and planning.
