John Raymond is a Vice President on the Real Estate Transactions team at the New York City Economic Development Corporation. Previously, he worked on World Trade Center development at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. John is interested in how transit can be integrated into large scale real estate development projects, and how value can be captured from such projects to promote further density and support transit improvements. John is also interested in how bureaucracy can be reduced so more projects can be constructed faster. Additionally, John has an interest in the development history of New York City, global mega projects, and global sport stadiums.
