Jocelyn Dupre is the National Mobility Advisory Director at Arcadis, where she leads a multidisciplinary team of transportation planners, engineers, and communications specialists to advance innovative and sustainable mobility solutions for public and private sector clients. With more than 15 years of experience, including leadership roles at WSP USA and NYCEDC, she has led transformative initiatives such as the Financial District and Seaport Climate Resilience Master Plan, Inwood NYC Neighborhood Plan, and 5th Avenue Redesign. As a lifelong New Yorker and mother of two young boys, Jocelyn is passionate about leaving better places for future generations to enjoy. Her work spans climate resilience, active transportation, transit access, safer streets, equitable mobility, cleaner air, and technology-enabled transportation systems.
