Howie Levine is a senior government professional at the intersection of policy, strategic communications, and transportation. He is currently Senior Accessibility Officer at the MTA, where he loves working with stakeholders to find creative solutions to difficult infrastructure problems. Howie spearheaded Zoning for Accessibility which promotes transit accessibility improvements alongside new development and has already spurred two newly accessible subway stations. Outside of work Howie volunteers with Jews for Racial and Economic Justice, Repair Café El Barrio, and is on the board of the Center for Urban Pedagogy.
