Hallie Martin serves as Special Projects Advisor within the Office of Housing Access and Stability at NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD). She works to develop and advance policies aimed at stably housing NYC’s most vulnerable populations. In over ten years of city service, Hallie has held policy, operations, and analytic roles at HPD, NYC Department of Education, and NYC Department of Homeless Services.
