Graci is a licensed architect, urban designer, educator, and Certified Passive House Designer hailing from the windswept coastal city of Wellington, Aotearoa/New Zealand. Over nearly 15 years of experience across far-flung corners of the globe, she has developed a (mostly) healthy obsession with designing for—and within—the unruly and beautifully complex strata of urban life. Working at the nexus of housing and public realm design, Graci pursues finely crafted, spatially generous, environmentally attuned, and deeply equitable responses to the complex challenges facing our cities. Graci is the Director of Urban Design & Senior Architect at Paul Castrucci Architects, and the Founding Principal of Go Bang! Studio. She has taught design studios at universities in New Zealand and New York, and was a Forefront Fellow in 2022-23.
