Fernando Villa is an architect in New York City and a principal and the director of design at Magnusson Architecture and Planning, or MAP, a firm that specializes in planning urban residential neighborhoods, both market-rate and government-subsidized. He joined the firm in 2007 and was promoted to principal in 2015. Villa specializes in LEED-certified affordable housing and mixed-use developments.
