Flora possesses an excellent understanding of environmental, real estate and telecommunications law, advising clients on zoning and regulatory matters and digital infrastructure acquisitions. She is vice chair of the Education Committee for the New York State Wireless Association and was named to the Lawyers of Color Hot List in 2022.
