Emily Lehman is the Vice President of Real Estate at Settlement Housing Fund, non-profit organization focused on building and preserving affordable housing in New York City. Prior to joining SHF, Emily worked at the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development for over a decade where she oversaw the creation of thousands of units of affordable housing. During her tenure at HPD, Emily focused primarily on creating homes for the unhoused, seniors, those with disabilities, and other vulnerable populations.
