Doug is the Director of Transportation at New York City Department of City Planning. He is responsible for promoting transit-oriented development, reforming off-street parking regulations, and other zoning changes that encourage sustainable development. Previously, he led the New York City Office Adaptive Reuse Study and has a decade of experience working in the private and public sectors as an economist and urban planner in London and New York. Doug formerly worked at the New York City Economic Development Corporation and the consulting firm Arup.
