David Shuffler, Jr. (he/him) is a prime example of YMPJ’s community leadership pipeline. David grew up just blocks from YMPJ headquarters, became one of the organization’s first youth members, and started his professional career as a YMPJ Youth Mentor and Organizer. Since returning to YMPJ as our Executive Director over 10 years ago, he has led our work into the next era building partnerships with residents, community leaders, government agencies, and local organizations.
