Collyn Chan is an urban planner based in Brooklyn, New York and originally from Vancouver, Canada. She has over a decade of experience in building urban infrastructures for a changing climate, working at the intersections of transportation planning, capital strategy, and public-private development. She received her Masters of City Planning at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Bachelor of Science from the University of British Columbia.
