Senior Project Manager

Chase Rudner is a Senior Project Manager at the Northeast Corridor Commission, where he allocates nearly $2 billion in capital and operating expenses across corridor operators, including Amtrak and state partners. Prior to the Commission, Chase worked at the New York City Mayor’s Office of Management and Budget, overseeing the Department of Transportation’s finances and crafting the initial $904 million investment in New York City’s Streets Plan. Chase earned a Master of Urban Planning degree from New York University, during which time he was an Eisenhower Transportation Fellow.
