Aden Munassar is a Bronx-born urban planner and public housing leader. She currently serves as Director of Strategic Partnerships, Asset & Capital Management at the New York City Housing Authority, where she oversees stakeholder engagement for a $4.5 billion capital program serving over 176,000 households. A proud Yemeni American, Aden holds a Master of Urban Planning from NYU Wagner and has spent over a decade advancing housing policy and capital project delivery. Beyond her professional work, she is a mom of three and a founding member of Public Works at The Public Theater, bringing community-centered storytelling to life on stage.
