Lindsay is the Executive Vice President of the Industry and Innovation Group at NYCEDC, leading a 30-person team that works to grow industries and the jobs of the future by launching incubators, enabling pilots, advancing partnerships, investing in new companies, building and strengthening networks, and providing flexible and affordable space to entrepreneurs. Previously, Lindsay worked with the Aavishkaar-Intellecap Group, a pioneering impact investing firm, focused on advancing entrepreneurship in Asia and Africa. Before that, Lindsay spent five years working for the think tank and consulting firm SustainAbility. Lindsay been published in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Fast Company, GOOD Magazine and the Guardian Sustainable Business. She teaches a graduate course at Parsons in New York on sustainable business models.
