O'Neill Rose Architects

Principal

Fellow since 2019

Faith is Principal of O’Neill Rose Architects, which was founded by Faith and her husband, Devin O’Neill, a decade after they graduated from Yale School of Architecture. The firm has a versatile approach to architecture, seeking to create spaces that reflect and frame the aspirations of their clients. O’Neill and Rose’s work balances between the everyday and the unexpected, by exploring materials and methods of construction. Their work has been recognized through publications and awards both in the U.S. and internationally, including the 2015 Asia Pacific Architecture and Design Award for Best International Architecture, and most recently the 2016 AIANY Design Award. While at the Department of Design and Construction, Faith directed the city’s Design and Construction Excellence Program. In this capacity she led the procurement of architects for the Design Excellence program, and oversaw the design of nearly 200 projects ranging from museums and libraries to parking garages and fire stations.
